Terms like "comprehenseive drug screen", "routine drug screen", and/or, "standard drug screen" have no ageed upoon definitive meaning. The NIDA (National Institute Fro Drug Abuse) standard five drugs usually screened for are marijuana, cocaine, opiods, amphetamines, and PCP, but you can't be sure of this unless you ask which drugs are being screened for.
