Are you as smart as a substance abuse professional?

Q: A person arrested for DWI states that she doesn't drink that much and her arrest was all one big mistake. She also failed out of college the previous 3 months ago because she wasn't getting her work down because she was "sick alot" and her friends told her she was sick because she was a "party girl".
