Tip Line continues to grow across Western New York

GCASA teamed up with RAP, the Regional Action Phone, back in 2005 to create an Undersage Drinking Tip Line. The Tip Line spread from Genesee to Orleans to Monroe, and now to Erie and Cattarragus Counties.

People can call the Tip Line for information and to report underage drinking activities. So far this year, 2008, as of September 23rd, the Tip Line has handled 87 calls.

The Tip Line is described in an article in the Daily News on January 26th, 2007.

Holly Baxter, the Executive Director of the Regional Action Phone (RAP), describes the Tip Line program at the Genesee County Drug Free Communities Meeting on 09/23/08 in the video below which lasts 3:58.
