Tip Line expands to Erie County with support of Sheriff Howard


The Buffalo News reported on April 7, 2009 that the Tip Line is now operating in Erie County. Here is a snippet from the Buffalo News article:

Monday, Erie County Sheriff Timothy B. Howard announced that an anonymous tip line now is available in the county to report underage drinking.

Anyone aware of incidents as they are happening or being planned can alert authorities by calling (800) 851-1932.

The Tip Line was started in Genesee County 3 years ago by a collaborative effort of GCASA and RAP. It has since expanded to Orleans, Wyoming, Monroe and now Erie Counties. It has gained national recognition by CADCA, the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America.
